Neil Krech is the founder and owner of Poseidon Restoration. With a background in real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship, Neil built the company with a strong focus on integrity, communication, and doing things the right way. Known for his hands-on leadership style and relentless drive, Neil is passionate about building a strong team culture and creating a company clients and employees can trust. He takes pride in delivering high-quality service while building long-term relationships throughout the community.
Jakob Walker
General Manager
Jakob Walker is the General Manager at Poseidon Restoration and brings over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has worked his way up through the field, gaining extensive hands-on knowledge in mitigation, reconstruction, operations, leadership, and customer service. Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and accountability, Jakob plays a key role in leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the restoration process.

“We are so happy with Allen and the Poseidon Restoration company. We had a number of projects for Allen and his team that included hardwood floors in two rooms and a wine cellar to be built in one of those rooms. They installed all of the wine racks that would hold over 1000 bottles of wine. Allen’s team did a magnificent job installing the wine racks. They were well constructed and fit the room perfectly.
